Bryant's Ridge is an 8 acre residential development, located near the crossroads of Bryant Avenue and Concord Street.

The city of South Saint Paul seeks to promote growth by developing along the Concord Street corridor. The goal is to support sustainable and economic growth, commerce, and redevelopment. Corridor street has recently been rezoned to “mixed-use”. Improvements include:
- Roadway reconstruction
- Updated roadway geometries
- City utilities upgrades
- Pedestrian and bicycle accommodations
- Neighborhood
Bryant’s Ridge is designed to blend in with the surrounding neighborhood. The scale of the buildings reflect the existing and future character while transitioning into the single family fabric of the neighborhood. The Bryant’s Ridge project will promote a sense of community among all residents.
- Net Zero
All Bryant’s Ridge housing will be net zero and will focus on renewable energy, high efficiency construction, and will utilize pre-fabricated modular construction. The roofs of Bryant’s Ridge buildings will have solar panels and EV Charging Stations will be available to residents.
