We aim to tackle the housing shortage crisis by uniting a global community. We provide tools and solutions to bridge the gap between housing supply and demand, making it easier for people to find affordable and suitable homes.
According to the World Bank, the global housing shortage is an 11 Trillion Dollar Gap. Take the USA, for example; the current supply gap is 5 million housing units. Suppose this gap was to be addressed over a ten-year period, requiring 350 thousand new homes to be constructed yearly. Current output capacity across all housing types, whole volumetric prefab, hybrid prefab, 3D Printed, and traditional, is 140,000 per year. So, each year, the deficit gets more significant. This pattern is mirrored in the UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe, as well as across the globe. It is time to unite as a global community, exchange knowledge, technology, and ideas, and accelerate each other’s success. There is more than enough business to go around.
